Chris Anderson, CQA, CQPA, CQIA Managing Director, Bizmanualz
Chris Anderson has over 20 years of engineering, sales, and business management experience. He has worked with business process design, software and systems engineering projects consulting with companies large and small. He is the co-author of many policies and procedures manuals; assisting in the layout, process design and implementation of the information. Chris is the primary instructional designer for various quality training programs and is a Principal Consultant and project leader on various Bizmanualz consulting assignments.
Chris is currently the Managing Director of Bizmanualz, Inc. He holds an MBA, and BSEE. Chris is a graduate of the Advanced Manufacturing Specialist Training Program (AMSTP) in Lean and Six Sigma, a Missouri Quality Award Examiner and ISO 9001 Auditor. He is a senior member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and is the immediate past chair of the ASQ St. Louis Section. He holds CQA, CQPA and CQIA certifications and participates in the Lean, Quality Management, and Six Sigma divisions of ASQ.
